Care: wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the print.

Every hoodie is printed to order. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then delivery takes:
- Latvia & Baltics: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Damaged, faulty or misprinted? Email infobackstoryshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll reprint or refund it. Because each hoodie is made just for you, we can't take returns for change of mind or wrong size.
Orders outside the EU may be charged customs or import duties by your country.
