Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend.
How long until my order is made?
Every shirt is printed to order. Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days by our print-on-demand partner. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
How long is delivery?
Once your order ships:
- Latvia and the Baltic states: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and can vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These vary by country, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Sizing
How do the shirts fit?
They are a classic unisex fit — not slim, not oversized. If you are between sizes, or you want the looser look you see in our photos, size up.
Where is the size guide?
Every product page has a full size chart in centimetres near the bottom of the description. Width is measured flat from armpit to armpit, so double it for the full chest measurement.
Please check the size guide before ordering. Because each shirt is made specifically for you, we cannot accept exchanges for the wrong size — see below.
The Products
Where is the print?
On the back. That is the whole idea — the front stays blank, and the story is behind you.
What are the shirts made of?
Unisex heavy cotton with a classic crew neckline and a tear-away label, so nothing scratches.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang or tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly on the print and it will hold up for years.
Orders, Returns & Refunds
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as you can at infobackstoryshop@gmail.com. Once an order has been accepted and sent to production we are usually unable to change or cancel it, so please review your order carefully before submitting.
My item arrived damaged, defective or misprinted.
Contact us at infobackstoryshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. If the error is on our end, we will arrange a free reprint or a refund at no cost to you.
My order never arrived.
If your order has not turned up and is presumed lost, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and resolve it.
Can I return a shirt because I changed my mind, or ordered the wrong size?
No. Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for an incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
What about EU return rights?
Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised products. As all our products are print-on-demand, standard EU return rights do not apply.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
What if I don't claim my parcel?
If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to us, reshipment costs are at the customer's expense.
