REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At BackStory, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, contact us at infobackstoryshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. If the error is on our end, we'll arrange a free reprint or refund at no cost to you.

Lost in Transit If your order hasn't arrived and is presumed lost, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it.

Buyer's Remorse & Size Exchanges Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Unclaimed Shipments If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned, reshipment costs will be at the customer's expense.

EU Consumers In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised products. As all our products are print-on-demand, standard EU return rights do not apply.
